Notice inviting sealed bids for Internal Revenue Contract for FY 2082.083

As this office is required to arrange the following contracts for the fiscal year 2082/083 and the aforementioned period pursuant to Sub-section 2 of Section 62 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, a public notice has been published for interested individuals, firms or companies to purchase bid forms from this municipality and submit bids.

Conditions:

1. The tender form must be purchased and completed within 7 days from the date of first publication, along with the application, renewed license, Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate, certified copy of tax payment certificate up to FY 2080.081, copy of citizenship certificate, and cash receipt of tender form fee paid.

2. While submitting the bid, the amount of bid security (BID Security) deposit amounting to 5% of the bid price shall be deposited in the deposit account No. G-3-0810300000300000001 of this office, Nepal Bank Limited, Chandrapur, along with the original voucher or a bank guarantee valid for 120 days, sealed and sealed along with the tender form. Only bank deposit vouchers will be accepted, and bids submitted with cash will not be accepted.

3. The contractor himself must submit the details of depositing 13% of the bid amount including VAT in this office's Nepal Bank Limited, Chandrapur, in its deposit account No. C-3-081030000030000001 or in the Taxpayer Service Office.

4. 50% of the approved amount must be paid in cash and the remaining amount must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee valid until mid-Shravan 2083. A 10% discount will be given in case of depositing a lump sum amount. The amount must be deposited in the Internal Revenue Account and submitted for the agreement.

5. The tender form must be duly filled and sealed in compliance with the rate terms and conditions and registered with Chandrapur Municipality by 12:00 PM on the 8th day.

If the last day for submission of bid forms falls on a public holiday, the bid submission and opening will take place on the following day, but the procurement will not take place. ew

7. The duly registered confidential sealed tender forms will be opened at this office at 2:00 PM on the 8th day in the presence of the bidder himself or his representative. Even if the representative is not present, there will be no impediment to opening the bids.

8. The amount offered must be clearly written in figures and words on the sealed bid form.

9. If the contractor suffers any damage due to any reason, such as a shutdown, strike, or villagers not allowing the contract to be executed or executed, the concerned contractor shall be responsible and no compensation or exemption shall be claimed from this office for such damage.

10. Taxes will have to be collected from businessmen who bring goods to sell in the market at the prescribed rate as per the rules.

11. No conditions of any kind will be accepted while submitting the bid.

12. Chandrapur Municipality shall have the right to accept or reject the bid.

13. Matters not mentioned herein shall be governed by the prevailing law.
