1. Chaudandigadhi Municipality Office, Beltar, Udayapur invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of various road upgrade work of chaudandigadhi municipality (package 1) under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

Work Details:

Sangam tole basahathan chatpate tole to Namuna highway road upgrade, ward no. 4, ramailo danda to sagarmatha aa. bi. road, barpipal chowk to bhanji danda road upgrade, ward no. 3, raksaha daha to lalbhitte road upgrade, ward no. 9

Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRS NRS 5,80,00,000 (Five Crore and eighty lakhs Only)

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: One construction and road upgrade project of NRs. 2,32,60,000 (Two Crore, thirty-two lakhs and sixty thousands Only)

2. Bidder should submit their bid electronically, Bidders are required to submit two separate bid response documents, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.

4. Bidder submitting their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra. gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the account as specified below.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Chaudandigadhi Municipality Office, Beltar, Udayapur at 14:00 pm on 2082/06/07 (Sep 23, 2025).

6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office of Chaudandigadhi Municipality, Beltar, Udayapur through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00pm on 2082/06/22 (Oct 8, 2025). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00pm on 2082/06/22 (Oct 8, 2025) at the office of Chaudandigadhi Municipality Office, Beltar, Udayapur. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of 11,50,000, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid i.e. 2082/10/22 (Feb 5, 2026)
