Chaudhary Group, Nepal's member company CG Cement Industries Pvt. Ltd. Dumkiwas Nawalparasi, since cement produced by it has to be transported to various places within the Kingdom of Nepal for the fiscal year 2082/83, sealed bids are invited from interested transporters to reach the following address within 10 (ten) days from the date of publication of this notice. ew

Conditions:

1. The company will deduct the income tax from the amount received by the contract tax carrier and deposit it with the tax office. you do

w 2. The loading of the goods will be done by the company. Unloading will be done by the transporter.

3. Applicants should enclose a demand draft of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) in the name of CG Cement Industries Pvt. Ltd. along with the application.

4. Payment for transportation of goods will be made based on the original invoice.

5. If the goods carried are missing or damaged during transportation, the carrier will have to bear compensation equal to the value of the goods.

6. Trucks and tippers must be made available to the factory of this industry within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving the order slip or earlier.

7. Separate quotations will have to be given for different size trucks and tippers (10 wheels, 12 wheels).

8. No action will be taken on bids received after the deadline or without a writ.

9. All rights to accept or reject the bids received shall be reserved by this industry.
