Notice regarding invitation to bid for riverine products

As per the provisions of Section 62A of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 and Section 10A of the Finance Act of this Chaukune Rural Municipality, 2080, the contract has to be arranged to collect and sell riverine products from the approved ghats of the rivers mentioned in the schedule as per the prescribed criteria and sell them at the rate prescribed by this Chaukune Rural Municipality. Interested individuals, firms or companies are requested to participate in the bidding process by attaching certified copies of the firm's renewal certificate, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate of A.B. 2081.082 and Nepali citizenship certificate, subject to the conditions as per the schedule. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
