Notice regarding invitation to bid for the sale of riverine products

As per the provisions of Sub-section (2) of Section 11 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, and the Financial Act of Karnali Province, 2082, the contract has to be arranged to excavate riverine materials from the approved ghats of the rivers and streams mentioned in the schedule as per the prescribed standards and sell them at the rate prescribed by Chaurjahari Municipality, interested individuals, firms or companies are requested to participate in the bidding process by attaching a certified copy of the firm's renewal certificate, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate or extension certificate of the fiscal year 2081/082 and Nepali citizenship certificate, subject to the conditions as per the schedule. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
