3. Eligible Bidders can get further information regarding Bid Document at the Office of Chhatrakot Rural Municipal Executive, Choyaga, Gulmi during office hours, Office website www.chhatrakotmun.gov.np, Contact no. 9857067908, 9861253525 and inspect the bidding document at PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at the office of Chhatrakot Rural Municipality, Choyaga, Gulmi, Lumbini Province, Nepal on 5 September, 2025, 13:00 hours.

5. Bids must be submitted through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hours on 19 September, 2025.

6. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after opening and must be accompanied by Cash Security or Bank Guarantee, amounting as amount mentioned above which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. If the bidder wishes to deposit Bid Security as cash should deposit at Account Name GA-3-1-CHHATRAKOT GA.PA. STHANIYA TAHA DHARAUTI KHATA Account no. 2737087926000048 maintained at Prabhu Bank Ltd., Chhatrakot Branch and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 19 September, 2025 at the Chhatrakot Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Choyaga, Gulmi.
