Chhatrapati Free Clinic (Hospital) (CFC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply, delivery and installation of Laparoscopy Tower, under National Competitive bidding procedure, specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations & CFC Financial Policy. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at Admin/Finance Department, Chhatrapati Free Clinic (Hospital), Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal during office hours or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the above mentioned cost of bidding document in the Himalayan Bank Limited, New Road Branch A/C No. 00300408160093.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Admin/Finance Department, Chhatrapati Free Clinic (Hospital), Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal on above mentioned date and time.

6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Chhatrapati Free Clinic (Hospital), Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before above mentioned date and time. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on above mentioned date and time at the office of Admin/Finance Department, Chhatrapati Free Clinic (Hospital), Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to as mentioned above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

8. The bid security may either be in the form of bid security issued by authorized Financial Institution according to the format provided in Bid Document or cash deposited in Chhatrapati Free Clinic, Deposit account, Himalayan Bank Limited, New Road Branch A/C No. 00300408160093.

9. The Employer (CFC) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
