1. The Chilime Engineering and Services Company Limited (ChesCo), Maharajgunj, Kathmandu has allocated funds towards the cost of "Interior Fabrication, Construction with HVAC supply and Installation Works of Chilime Engineering and Services Company Limited Corporate Office at Seventh Floor of Chilime Tower, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu" and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Interior Fabrication, Construction with HVAC Supply and Installation Works. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders. The estimated amount for the works is NRs. 7,283,480.63 with VAT.

2. ChesCo invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Interior Fabrication Construction with HVAC Supply and Installation Works of Chilime Engineering and Services Company Limited Corporate Office at Seventh Floor of Chilime Tower, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years:

NRs. 8 million

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: Completion of one Interior Project having minimum Contract Value of NRs. 2.579 million without VAT.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of ChesCo, Maharajgunj, E-mail: support@chesco.com.np, Telephone: +977-01-4016276 or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on Office of Chilime Engineering and Services Company Limited, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu at 14:00 Hrs. on 12th September 2025

5. Bidder need to submit their bid electronically by down loading a complete set of bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np. Bidders should deposit a non-refundable fee of NRs. 3,000 till 23rd September, 2025 before 12:00 hours for bidding document in the Company's Bank Account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

6. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np. up to 12:00 hrs. on 23rd September, 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hrs. 23rd September, 2025 at the office of Chilime Engineering and Services Company Limited, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 161,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
