1. A complete set of Bid documents may be purchased during office hours from General Service Department of the Bank at Head Office, Narayanhiti Path, Kathmandu upon payment of NPR 1,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees One Thousand only) at A/c no. 99901290040101 nonrefundable; latest by 11:00 hours, September 23, 2025 No joint venture (JV) is allowed.

2. Sealed tender should be submitted to Head Office of the Bank latest by 17:00 hours, September 23, 2025. Sealed Bids will be opened at 11:00 hours, September 24, 2025 at Head Office, of the Bank at Narayanhitipath, Kathmandu in presence of respective bidders (or in presence of authorized representative of the bidders). However, non-presence of the bidder(s) or its representative will not affect or change the pre-scheduled bid opening date for opening of the Bids.

3. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a public holiday, immediate next working day shall be considered the last day for respective jobs.

4. Required Eligibility Criteria for the Bidder in order to participate in the bid:

Bidder must have supplied diary to at least two Nepali Commercial Bank.

The bidder must be a Nepali company;

The bidder must have tax clearance certificate of fiscal year 2080/81 issued by tax office of Nation;

Should provide the latest audited financial statements and latest tax clearance certificate or tax clearance certificate of 2080/81.

The bidder must deliver the ordered quantities of the annual diaries within 40 (Forty) days from the date of design finalization.

The Bank reserves right to give preference to the bidder who can deliver the Diary at the shorter period of time.

5. All other information are mentioned in the bid documents.

6. The Bank, at its sole discretion; reserves all the rights to accept or reject the "Bids" received from the bidders, wholly or whatsoever. stor partly; any or all the bids without assigning reason
