7 (Seven) days notice regarding invitation of confidential sealed bids for sale of non-banking assets

The properties as per the details registered in the name of this bank as non-banking assets are being sold through confidential sealed bid in the same condition as they are. Interested persons, firms or companies are hereby invited to submit their sealed bids subject to the following conditions within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice at the branch office of this bank, Kalikanagar, Rupandehi. Other conditions related to the bid are mentioned in the bid form. The bids will be opened on the eighth (8) day from the date of publication of this notice at the branch office of Citizens Bank International Limited, Kalikanagar, Rupandehi at 4:00 PM. If the last day for submission of bids or the day of opening falls on a holiday or in case of circumstances beyond our control, the next day or the day on which the bank is open shall be considered.

Details of non-banking assets held in the name of the bank:

1. Rupandehi District, Anandavan Village Council/NPA Ward No. Map Seat 8/8 Kha, K.No. 606, Area Code 0-5-13.75-0 (Bigaha) of the land and the houses built on that land and all the adjoining properties.

2. Rupandehi District, Padsari Village Council/NPA Ward No./Map Seat 1/1A, K.No. 632, Area No. 0-0-19.25-0 (Bigaha) of the land and the houses built on that land and all the adjoining properties.

Conditions and restrictions related to sealing:

1. The bidder must enclose a genuine draft/good performance check/cash deposit voucher of any commercial bank drawn in the name of this bank as a security deposit of 10 (ten) percent of the total amount pledged by him/her along with the bid.

2. This bank reserves the right to award or refuse to award immovable property to the person/organization that raises the highest amount among those who submit the confidential seals received.

3. If the person/organization that has secured non-banking assets through secret sealing does not pay the remaining amount to Citizens Bank International Limited within 7 days from the date the bank demands payment, the remaining 10 percent of the deposit amount will automatically be forfeited.

4. Immovable property that is non-banking assets will have to be accepted in its current condition.

5. If the day designated for opening the confidential seal falls on a holiday, the confidential seal will be opened on the next office opening day.

6. The person registering the said non-banking assets will have to pay the fees, other taxes and fees, property tax, etc. of the Government of Nepal incurred while registering the said non-banking assets.
