Citizens Capital invites sealed tender bids from interested and eligible firms/companies for Supply, Implementation & Maintenance of Open-Ended Mutual Fund Software Solutions.

Interested and eligible bidders may purchase the bid document by depositing a non-refundable fee of NPR 1,000.00 (Rupees One Thousand Only) into account number 0010100002715201 (Citizens Capital Limited) maintained at Citizens Bank International Limited, Durbarmarg. Bidders are required to submit an application to collect bid document along with a copy of cash deposit voucher to Finance and Administration department of Citizens Capital Limited.

The tender bid shall consist of sealed proposals as described in the "Bid Documents" as per the schedule given below:

Only those bidders who meet the following eligibility criteria are qualified to respond to RFP. Offers submitted by bidders who fail to satisfy any of the listed criteria will be subject to rejection.

Submission of Sealed Proposals

The duly completed Bid documents should be submitted in sealed proposals at Finance & Administration department of Citizens Capital Limited before 4:30 PM on 13th October, 2025 from the date of publication. In case of public holiday, the bidder may submit the sealed proposals on the next working day.

Note:

1. The bidders must be registered company under relevant act of the country and need to submit incorporation related certificates along with PAN certificate.

2. The bidders must have minimum 5 years of work experience in the field of Software Development and at least 2-years' experience in related field.

3. The bidders should not be black-listed by central/any state governments, any financial institutions of Nepal.

4. The bidder should have sufficient capacity to execute the work with respect to personnel and technical competence.

5. The Bidders should submit minimum 5% of total bid value as a Bid bond refundable with validity of 3 months/cash deposit in the account number 0010100002715201 (Citizens Capital Limited) maintained at Citizens Bank International Limited, Durbarmarg.

6. The Bidders must submit all the documents outlined in the Bid documents, failure to submit consider as rejection of proposals.

7. The Citizens Capital Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications received without providing any reason.
