RE-INVITATION FOR BID

Classrooms in the Clouds Nepal reinvites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of School and Toilet Building at Shree Garma Secondary School, Solukhumbu Nepal.

1. Bid Documents with detailed Scope of Work, Terms, and Conditions can be received from Bolpatra Nepal website for viewing the documents and for submission, the bank voucher of the Bid Document fee must be deposited in the account of Classroom in the Clouds Nepal Bank Account till 12th October 2025 (26th Ashoj 2082) by 5:00 PM.

2. The Electronic Bid along with the copy of other documents as requested in the Bid Document must be submitted in Bolpatra Nepal website Kathmandu not later than 12:00 PM, 13th October 2025 (27th Ashoj 2082). Bid Documents received after this deadline will not be accepted.

3. The bids will be opened at 02:00 PM on 13th October 2025 (27th Ashoj 2082). Bids must be valid for 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

4. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last date while the purchasing date remains the same. In such a case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
