Pokhara 13, is to be sold through secret sealed bid by exercising the powers conferred by the Cooperative Act and Regulations, and the interested persons and organizations are hereby invited to submit their secret sealed bids within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice by duly filling up the bid form received from this organization and subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the schedule. Since the bids received will be opened on the 8th day, the interested buyers, bidders and all concerned are hereby informed of the date, time and attendance at the office of the organization located at Kundahar, Pokhara 13. However, even if they are absent on that day, there will be no hindrance in opening the bids. The detailed details of the immovable property to be sold are mentioned as per the schedule.

Auction sale terms and conditions:

1. Bid Form Bid form can be obtained by paying a fee of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) during the office hours of Yescon Community Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd.

2. Sealed bids must be received on the date, place and time specified in this notice. No action will be taken on bids received after the deadline or without the required formalities and with conditions.

If the last day for submission of bids/opening day falls on a holiday, bids can be submitted/opened on the day the organization reopens after the holiday. If the specified day falls on a holiday, bids can be opened on the next business day when the organization reopens.

4. The bid should clearly state in words and figures the details of the property you wish to purchase and the amount you wish to purchase.

5. The bidder must submit a deposit of 10 percent of the bid amount, including a draft/cash deposit drawn in the name of this organization, along with the sealed bid along with the organization's voucher.

The organization reserves the right to accept or reject the bid in any case.

7. The property to be purchased by the interested buyer shall be purchased in the same condition and quantity as it is. Interested parties who wish to view or inspect the property for sale and other matters may contact this organization during office hours.

8. The registration fee and other fees (excluding capital gains tax) incurred in transferring ownership of the property put up for sale shall be borne by the person or party purchasing the property.

9. After taking the said property, the entire responsibility for it will be the responsibility of the purchaser himself. No objection or claim can be made to the owner organization later.

10. No interest will be paid on the bid amount or the amount paid as security deposit. Also, the security deposit cannot be demanded back until the bid is decided.

11. The sealed bid shall be submitted in the prescribed format as provided by this organization. Other terms and conditions of the bid shall be as mentioned in the bid form.
