1. This notice is published to invite bids from licensed firms, organizations or companies for the following security services for a period of one year, as this corporation has to procure the following security services from qualified bidders for the following projects under the corporation.

Interested bidders can participate by logging into the interim e-bidding portal www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp available from the Public Procurement Monitoring Office and following the instructions received.

- (Later, Rs. 3,000 as bid form fee. - (Non-refundable) A scanned copy of the bank voucher deposited in the account of this institution at Himalayan Bank Limited, Durbarmarg, Ch.H. No. 01900040920034 should be uploaded on www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The bidder participating in this way should also upload a scanned copy of the documents to be submitted along with the bid.

The bid shall be valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the date of bid opening. The bid security shall be in the form of a bank voucher deposited in the account of the Institute at Himalayan Bank Limited, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu or a bank guarantee of Rs. 3,22,000.00 issued by a licensed commercial bank or financial institution with a validity period of at least 120 days from the last date of bid submission.

The bidders must upload their bids in PDF format by 12:00 PM on the 30th day from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 2082.04.02. The uploaded bids will be opened at 1:00 PM on the same day at the Central Office of the Dairy Development Corporation, Lainchaur.

If the e-bid submitted by the bidder is not registered at the time of bid opening or if the uploaded file is in an unreadable format or corrupted, it will not be included in the evaluation.

If the last day for purchasing, submitting, and opening bids falls on a public holiday, the work will be done on the first day the office is open after the holiday at the same time.

In the case of matters not mentioned in this notice and bid, the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Regulations, 2064 (with amendments) and the Financial Administration Regulations of the Corporation, 2066 shall apply.
