1. The Department of Livestock Services, Hariharbhawan, Lalitpur invites bids from duly registered eligible bidders for the Procurement of LSD Vaccines.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Department of Livestock Services, during office hours at the address given below or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on September 15, 2025 at the address given below at 14:00 hrs.

4. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office address as below through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hrs, October 8, 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

5. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 14:00 hours on October 8, 2025.
