1. Government of Nepal (GON) has received a credit from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of SASEC Road Safety Improvement Project (SRIP) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Procurement of Truck Crane (SRIP/NCB/SDG/01). Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in the ADB members listed at www.adb.org/about/members, other than any restrictions arising from ITB 4.8.

2. The Department of Roads, Mechanical Branch invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply and delivery of following items under National competitive bidding.

3. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 pm on 31 August 2025 and the bids will be opened at 1:00 PM on 31 August 2025 at the Department of Roads, Mechanical Branch, Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
