Ashaya Tatha Anatha Baal-Balika Sanrakshan Foundation Nepal [Destitute and Orphan Children Safeguarding (DOCS) Foundation Nepal], invites bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of RCC buildings at Lele-08, Godawari Municipality under National Competitive Bidding. Only Eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding as provided in the bidding qualifica document.

Bid document shall be provided to interested bidders on the submission of written application, along with a copy of company/firm registration certificate and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Nrs. 2500 till 14th July 2025 during office hours.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of DOCS Foundation Nepal, Lalitpur Metropolitan -18, Sirjansil Marg, Nakkhu, Lalitpur, Nepal by 4:00 PM on 15th July, 2025 and bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2.5% of bid amount, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at DOCS Foundation Nepal Office on 16th July 2025, 1:00 pm. If the Last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case, the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the

same as specified in the original last date of bid submission.
