2. Any items not expressly specified in the description shall be governed by and executed in accordance with the approved technical specifications mentioned in bid document.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at PPMO e-GP System www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp

4. Bidders have only option to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpata.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document stated in the above table in the Offices Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

5. Electronic bids must be submitted to Deumai Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Mangalbare, Ilam through PPMO Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. On or before 2082/06/05 (21st Sep, 2025), 12:00

6. Electronic bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 2082/06/05 (21st Sep, 2025), 13:00 at Deumai Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Mangalabre, Ilam. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, bidder has to deposit cash in Deposit Account No.: 0601101151603041, Deumai Municipality, Ilam Name of Bank: Agricultural Development Bank, Mangalbare Branch and submit Bank deposit voucher along with the bid.

7. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

8. Matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with public procurement act, 2063 and public procurement regulations, 2064 and other prevailing rules and regulations of Nepal.
