As per Sub-section (1) of Section 62 'A' of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 and Sub-section (6) of Section 11 of Sub-section 2 of the same Act, the Office of the Municipal Executive of Deumai Municipality, has to make contract arrangements in the specified quantity from the rivers/streams as per the Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) report for the collection and collection of riverine materials (stones, gravel, sand) except in the Chure and forest areas and to recover the sale price. Therefore, interested firms or companies who have obtained a license by submitting a copy of the registration certificate (including renewal), Value Added Tax registration certificate and a certified copy of the tax payment certificate up to the fiscal year 2081/082 have been invited to submit an electronic bid within the specified period subject to the conditions as per the details.
