2. The Dharan water supply management board dharan-13, sunsari Nepal invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply and delivery of water supply pipe and pipe fitting ítems. under National competitive bidding - Single Stage Single Envelope procedures.

The bidder may submit the bid for single or more packages/lots as mentioned below and offer discounts/cross discounts. Evaluation will be done for each package/lot, with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser.]

3. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 23 of the Bidding Document.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Dharan Water Supply Management board Dharan-13, Sunsari Nepal. Tel Ph:-025-570400 Email:-dwsmb.dharan@gmail.com or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office Dharan water supply management board and the office Dharan-13, Sunsari. by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs 3000.00 till 2082/06/30 10.00 am during office hours.
