Procurement of Medicines for Hospital Pharmacy

1. Government of Nepal has allocated the fund and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the purchase of Procurement of Medicine for Health Insurance Pharmacy for District Hospital Sunsari, Inaruwa, Nepal

2. District Hospital Sunsari, Nepal invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Procurement of Medicines Items as per the specification enclosed with the bidding documents.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in GoN Public Procurement Act 2063 and is open to all eligible bidders.

4. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information from District Hospital Sunsari, Inaruwa (Sunsari), tel: 9852065918 and email address: districthospitalsunsari756@gmail.com.

5. Electronic bid must be submitted to the District Hospital Sunsari, Inaruwa (Sunsari) through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp as per e-GP system operation guidelines 2074 on or before 2082/06/27 (Oct.13.2025) at 12:00 Noon.

8.Pre-bid meeting shall be held at 26.Sept. 2025, 11:00 am at district hospital inaruwa, sunsari

9.Bids shall be opened in presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 2082/06/27 (Oct.13.2025) at 13:00 PM at District Hospital Sunsari, Inaruwa (Sunsari). Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity.
