2. Sealed bids must be received on the date, place and time specified in this notice. No action will be taken on bids received after the deadline or without the required formalities and conditional bids.

3. If the last day for submission of bids falls on a holiday, the bids may be submitted/opened on the next business day after the holiday. If the specified day falls on a holiday, the bids may be opened on the next business day after the holiday.

4. The bid should clearly state in words and figures the details of the property you wish to purchase and the amount you wish to purchase.

5. A deposit of 10 percent of the amount bid in the bid, including a draft/cash deposit drawn in the name of this organization, along with the sealed bid, must be submitted along with the bid.

6. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject the bid in any circumstances.

7. The interested buyer will have to purchase the property in the condition and quantity in which it is located. Interested parties who wish to view or inspect the property for sale and other matters may contact this organization during office hours.

8. The registration fee and other fees (excluding capital gains tax) incurred while transferring ownership of the property put up for sale shall be borne by the person or party purchasing the property.

9. After taking possession of the said property, the entire responsibility for it shall be the responsibility of the purchaser himself. No objection or claim shall be made to the owner organization later.

10. No interest will be paid on the bid amount or the amount paid as security deposit. Also, the security deposit cannot be demanded back until the bid is decided.

11. The sealed bid shall be submitted in the prescribed format as provided by this organization. Other terms and conditions of the bid shall be as mentioned in the bid form.
