The prescribed forms for the bid(quotation) can be obtained from the Purchase Office of the Hotel on weekdays between office hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) from 6th July to 12th July 2025 on payment of NPR 1000 per group(non-refundable). The interested bidder(s) must submit the sealed quotation(s) to the office of Purchase Manager, along with terms of supply and a copy of their valid Tax registration and latest tax clearance certificate at latest by 14th July 2025 during office hour. Only shortlisted bidders will be called to further negotiate of terms of supply.

Hotel management reserves the right to accept or reject the quotations submitted, either in part of full without specifying any reason.
