INVITATION FOR BID

The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), in close cooperation with the Government of Nepal (GoN), is planning to implement the upcoming Municipal Revenue Enhancement Project (MunRev). MunRev will support targeted local governments in Koshi and Bagmati provinces to have greater fiscal autonomy by increasing their own source revenue and deliver improved local services to their constituents.

In this context, the SDC invites applications from qualified and experienced tenderers to assist the GoN in the implementation of MunRev. Detail information and particular documents can be downloaded from the website www.simap.ch. In order to do so, you first have to register in the mentioned project. You will then be able to log in, using the password that you will have been sent by email, and download the documentation required.

No telephone enquiries will be answered. Any questions may be submitted anonymously by 11.08.2025 (23:59 Swiss time) on the forum space at www.simap.ch. Questions submitted late cannot be answered. Answers will be published on www.simap.ch by 18.08.2025. Tenderers are themselves responsible for downloading the answers from www.simap.ch and for taking them into consideration in the preparation of the bids.

The complete application shall be shared by 31.10.2025, 23:00 (swiss time) at the latest.
