1. Sealed bids are invited from individuals or firms/companies or organizations interested in renting the following shop units located in the Office cum Shopping Complex building located in Lagankhel, Ward No. 5, Lalitpur Metropolitan City, Lalitpur District of the Fund:

2. Interested individuals or firms/companies or institutions may purchase the bid form from the Employees Provident Fund, Asset Management Department, Pulchowk and Asset Management Unit, Lagankhel, by submitting a copy of the original voucher and written application with a deposit of Rs. 1,000/- (one thousand rupees only) (non-refundable) to the Employees Provident Fund Account No. 00401010254373 at Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited, Pulchowk, within the office hours of the 15th day from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 2082/03/20.

3. Individuals/firms/companies/institutions who have previously rented any land and building of the Fund and have outstanding rent due to the Fund will not be allowed to participate in this rental process.

4. The bidder must submit the completed and sealed bid documents (sacks) purchased from the fund to the Employees Provident Fund, Pulchowk by 12:15 PM on 2082/03/22, which is a public holiday, on the 16th day from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 2082/03/21. Bids received after the specified date and time will not be accepted.

5. The sealed bids received will be opened on the 16th day from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 2082/03/21, which falls on a public holiday, at 1:00 PM on 2082/03/22, in the presence of representatives of the bidders, at the Property Management Department, Employees Provident Fund, Pulchowk.

6. Details of the bid security amount are mentioned in the bid application form. The corresponding security amount should be deposited in the account number 00401010254373 of the Employees Provident Fund at Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited, Pulchowk in the name of the concerned bidder or an original copy of the unconditional bank guarantee in the name of the concerned bidder issued by any commercial bank in the name of the fund and valid for at least 120 (one hundred and twenty) days from the last date of submission of bids.

7. If the last day for submission of bids and the day of opening of bids fall on a public holiday, these activities will be carried out on the next business day at the same time.

8. A bidder may submit a bid for any one or a maximum of 2 (two) shop units as per his/her choice. There is no need to purchase separate bids for this.

9. If the bidder wishes to inspect the shop on site before submitting the bid, he/she may do so by contacting the Property Management Unit, Lagankhel during office hours.

10. The Fund shall retain all rights to accept or reject/partially accept the sealed bid submitted by the bidder.

11. The bid envelope should be clearly marked with the shop unit number on the outside and the bid should be sealed with the bid security and necessary documents attached, stating "Bid for renting shop unit no. ........ of the building located at Lagankhel of the Fund" and submitted to the Fund in a duly filled and sealed manner.

12. Other necessary matters related to the bid are mentioned in the document as per Schedule-7 attached to the bid application form. If further information is required, the Fund's Asset Management Department at Pulchowk or Asset Management Unit, Lagankhel, can be contacted.
