1. Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN) is a leading organization of Family Planning (FP) and Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for last 66 years in the country. It has been a pioneer to bring changes in quality of life for Nepali people. Established in 1959, FPAN, a member association of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), a major partner of the Government of Nepal's national family planning program, contributing significant share in family planning/reproductive health services annually. FPAN is Nepal's first national sexual and reproductive health service delivery and advocacy organization. FPAN provids essential SRH services to poor, marginalized, socially excluded, and underserved (PMSEU) communities, including sex workers, people living with HIV/AIDS, LGBTIQ people, IDUs, migrant workers, survivors of gender-based violence (GBV), persons with disabilities and people affected by disasters and crisis.

2. FPAN invites sealed tenders from registered Suppliers for the

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the Central office of FPAN, Hariharbhawan, Pulchowk on official working days.

4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased from the central office of FPAN Hariharbhawan, Pulchowk, Lalitpur on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 5,000.00 till 21-August-2025 during office hours.

Bidders should deposit the cost of tender document in the following account:

5. Sealed tender must be submitted to the central office of FPAN Hariharbhawan, Pulchowk, Lalitpur by hand on or before 12:00 Hours on 22-August-2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

6. The tender will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 22-August-2025 at the central office of FPAN Hariharbhawan, Pulchowk, Lalitpur. Tender must be valid for a period of 45 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NPR 125,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. 5-November-2025). If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited as per above bank detail and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Sealed Tender.

7. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a public holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of tender submission.

8. FPAN reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the sealed tender without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
