Under this office, a firm or company interested in operating the stationery and photocopying room located on the first floor of the Central Service Center building within the Singha Durbar premises in accordance with the prevailing law is invited to submit a sealed proposal of the price list of goods as per the schedule prepared by this office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notice. 1,000.- Only non-refundable cash deposit in this office's Revenue Account No. 347013507, Revenue Head No. 14228 and Office Code 347013507, as a voucher and guarantee amount of Rs. 50,000.- Deposited in Nepal Rastra Bank's Account No. 120120001002524 and Office Code 347013507 and deposited in the form of the voucher or form, and enclosed with an unconditional bank guarantee issued in the name of this office by a commercial bank or financial institution, with a validity of at least 75 days (up to 03 Mangsir 2082), duly sealed as mentioned in the proposal, this notice has been published. Proposal related documents can be obtained from the procurement unit of this office and submitted to the procurement unit. The sealed bid will be opened on the same day (20th Bhadra, 2082) at 2:00 PM in the presence of a representative of this office. The final right to accept/reject the bid will be reserved in this office. It is also informed that other information related to this will be available from the same document.
