Under this office, a firm or company interested in operating the stationery and photocopy room located on the first floor of the Central Service Center building within the Singha Durbar premises in accordance with the prevailing law is invited to submit a sealed proposal of the price list of goods as per the schedule prepared by this office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notice. Rs. 1,000.- only, non-refundable, in cash deposited in the Revenue Account No. 347013507, Revenue Head No. 14229 and Office Code 347013507 of this office, as a voucher and security amount of Rs. 50,000.- Deposit the amount in Nepal Rastra Bank account number 120120001002524 and office code 347013507 and submit the voucher or form with a validity of at least 75 days (up to 2082 Kartik 13) by attaching an unconditional bank guarantee issued in the name of this office from a commercial bank or financial institution and duly submit the sealed proposal as mentioned in the proposal by 12:00 noon on 2082 Shrawan 30. This notice has been published. The documents related to the proposal can be obtained from the procurement unit of this office and submitted to the procurement unit. The sealed proposal will be opened on the same day (2082 Shrawan 30) at 2:00 pm in the presence of a representative of this office. The final right to accept/reject the proposal will be reserved in this office. It is also informed that other information related to this can be obtained from the same document.
