Notice regarding the call for tenders

Since 8 (eight) security personnel are required for the purpose of 24-hour office security for the fiscal year 082/083 in this department, the procurement of security guards through a tender process subject to the detailed conditions has been invited from a security guard supply organization recognized by the Government of Nepal. Therefore, tenders have been invited. Interested firms/institutions/companies licensed to carry out the work are requested to submit their tenders.

Conditions:

1. Bid form Rs. 3000.- Non-refundable deposit in the Revenue Account of the Department of Foreign Employment, Office Code No. 371023501, Title No. 14229, of the National Bank of Nepal, and shall be purchased from the Economic Administration Branch of this Department within the office hours on the 30th day from the date of publication of this notice and, if that day falls on a holiday, until the next office opening day, and shall be registered with this Department by 12:00 PM on the 31st day or, if that day falls on a holiday, on the next office opening day. The bids will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the bidders at 1:00 PM on the same day. Even if the representatives are not present, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids.

2. The bidder must submit a form along with an updated firm, organization or company registration certificate, value added tax registration certificate, proof of registration with the Social Security Fund and Permanent Account Registration Number (PAN) certificate, a certificate of tax payment up to 080/081 with the Inland Revenue Office, and a self-declaration in writing stating that he is not disqualified from participating in the procurement process and that he has not been convicted of any offense related to the relevant profession or business.

3. While submitting the proposal, the following deposit amount as bid security should be deposited in cash in the Nepal Rastra Bank, Baluwatar, S.A. 1201200001002524, Office Code No. 27-371-05, or a bank guarantee (BID Security) of a recognized bank with a validity of at least 120 days. The validity period of the bid will be 90 days.
