In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11, Sub-sections (4) and (6) and Section 61 of the Local Government Administration Act, 2074, the Office of the Village Executive of the Gadhwa Rural Municipality, Gadhwa Dang, has to arrange contracts for the financial year 2082.83 at the rates stipulated in the Municipal Finance Act, 2082, without reducing the minimum contract points in the income headings mentioned in the details. Therefore, this tender notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Interested bidders are requested to submit their bid proposal through e-Bidding by depositing the amount for the bid document fee in the office's Revenue Account No. 0512050028738002 at the Lamahi Branch of NIC Asia Bank Limited along with a scanned copy of the original voucher, depositing the deposit amount as specified for the relevant contract in cash in the deposit account No. 5141498824524003 at the same bank of the office along with a scanned copy of the original voucher or a scanned copy of a bank guarantee letter of the same amount valid until mid-Shravan 2084, certificate of firm registration (renewed), M.A.C. registration certificate and tax payment certificate for the financial year 2080.81 within 12 noon on the 16th day from the date of publication of the notice. It is also informed that the submitted bids will be opened at 2 pm on the same day.
