As per the above subject, a public tender has been Invited by G-Perfect Group Nawalparasi Pvt. Ltd., for the construction of a school building required for Gaindakot Namuna Secondary School/College, located at Gaindakot, Ward No. 2, Nawalparasi (B.S.P.). Interested construction companies/contractors or registered firms are invited to submit their sealed bids as per the following details:

1. Brief Description of Work :

Type of Building: School Building (RCC structure/as per required design)

Duration: Must be completed within 6 months from the date of contract.

2. Bid Submission Process:

Sealed bids must be submitted to the school administration office by 4:00 PM, Ashoj 21 2082.

3. Bid Opening Date:

Registered Submitted bids will be opened on Ashoj 22 2082, at 1:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the school premises. However, the absence of bidders will not prevent the opening of the bids.

4. Documents to be Submitted with the Bid:

Copy of Company/Firm Registration Certificate (minimum Category 'GHA').

Tax Clearance Certificate and PAN/VAT registration certificate.

Details of past completed construction works.

Details of technical manpower.

5. Additional Terms:

Bids that do not meet the specified standards and technical requirements will be rejected.

The right to accept or reject any or all bids is reserved with the company.
