3. Bidders must submit their bid with updated Firm Registration, VAT/PAN certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate/Tax return submission evidence/ evidence of time extension for the F/Y 2081/82. otherwise bid shall be non-responsive. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at following address or may visit PPMO website (www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp).

4. The purchaser shall evaluate and compare item wise substantially responsive Bids to determine the lowest evaluated bid.
