As per the provisions of Section 62A of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 BS and Section 12 of the Finance Act of this Ganeshman Charnath Municipality, 2080 BS, a contract has to be made to collect riverine materials from the approved ghats of Charnath and Baluwa rivers within this municipal area as per the prescribed criteria and sell them at the rate prescribed by Ganeshman Charnath Municipality (Rs. 5.50 per cubic foot excluding tax), this notice has been published for the information of all concerned to participate in the bidding process.
