Garima Bikas Bank Limited invites sealed bid from interested firms/companies for Supply and Installation of Security Alarm System with Centralized Monitoring for the Head Office and Branches.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility Criteria:

a

a) Applicants should be a firm/company registered in Nepal under the applicable act and registration should be legally valid/ renewed till date.

b) Applicant should be in operation for at least 5 (Five) years.

c) Proven experience in the installation of alarm systems for a minimum of 3 (Three) banks or financial institutions, including at least one (1) project involving the deployment of centralized alarm or security solutions.

d) Applicant must have annual turnover of at least NPR 30 million in the fiscal year 2080/081.

2. Bid Application can be collected from Logistic and General Service Department at Head Office, Lazimpat, Kathmandu upon deposit of non -refundable document fee of NPR 2,000.00 (NPR Two Thousand Only), deposited on Account Number 95890201003.

3. Bidder should have Firm/Company registration, VAT/PAN registration, Tax clearance certificate of fiscal year 2080/081.

4. Bidder should submit at least 5% of bid amount either through cash deposit on Account Number 92670601001 at Head Office or Bid Bond which is valid up to 90 days beyond last date of bid submission.

5. Bid must be submitted to the Head office on or before 21st August 2025 (5 Bhadra 2082), 5:00 pm. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid bond shall remain unchanged.

6. Bidder must submit Financial Document and Technical Document separately in separate envelope. Documents received after this deadline will not be accepted.

7. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

8. Eligible bidder may obtain further information at the Logistic and General Service Department, Head Office, Lazimpat.
