Garima Bikas Bank Limited invites sealed bid from interested firms/companies

for managing Datacenter and Disaster Recovery (Remote Site) Services.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility Criteria:

a.

The Bidder should have at least 3 years' experience in providing Managed Primary years Datacenter and DR Services.

b. The Bidder should have Primary site within Kathmandu Valley and DR Site on different seismic zone.

c. The Bidder shall have infrastructure for real-time replication of all Production services from Datacenter to DR site.

d. The Bidder shall have at least 20 Million turnovers in FY 2080/81 or latest.

2. Bid Application can be collected from Logistic and General Service Department at Head Office, Lazimpat, Kathmandu upon deposit of non -refundable document fee of NPR 2,000.00 (Rupees Two Thousand Only), deposited on account Account Number 95890201003.

3. Bidders should have Firm/Company registration, VAT/PAN registration, Tax clearance Certificate/Tax Return Submission evidence of Fiscal Year 2080/081 and Latest company update.

4. Bidders should submit at least 5% of bid amount either through cash deposit on account 92670601001 at Head Office or Bid Bond which is valid up to 90 days beyond last date of bid submission.

5. Bids must be submitted to the below office on or before 17th July 2025 (1st Shrawan 2082), 5:00 pm. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid bond shall remain unchanged.

6. Bidders must submit Financial Document and Technical Document separately in separate envelope. Documents received after this deadline will not be accepted.

7. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

8. Eligible bidders may obtain further information at the Logistic and General Service Department, Garima Bikas Bank Ltd, Head Office, Lazimpat.
