3 . Pre-Bid meeting will be held at Gaumul Rural Municipality Office Ghatmuna, Bajura at 13:00 hours on 2082/06/09 BS (25th Sep. 2025 AD).

4. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hours on 2082/06/22 BS (8th Oct. 2025 AD). Bid received after this deadline will be rejected.

5. The bid will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours 2082/06/22 BS (8th Oct. 2025 AD). at the office of Gaumul Rural Municipality Office Ghatmuna, Bajura. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be acompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of as mentioned in Table above which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

6. If the last date of bid submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

7. Other mandatory information as per Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064.
