Notice dated 21 (twenty-one) days regarding the auction sale of various vehicles and transportation means through confidential sealed bids pursuant to Rule 35(1) of the Customs Regulations 2064.

Since this office will auction various vehicles and means of transportation, motorcycles (registered/unregistered scrap) registered in this office for customs evasion/importation in the same condition as per Rule 35 (1) of the Customs Regulations, 2064, through sealed bids, interested individuals, firms, or organizations are invited to submit confidential sealed bids within 21 (twenty-one) days (2082/05/17) from the date of publication of this notice, subject to the conditions mentioned in the notice. Detailed information regarding this can be viewed at the Gaur Customs Office, District Administration Office Rautahat, Office of the Controller of Treasury and Accounts Rautahat, Land Reforms and Land Revenue Office Rautahat, Office of the Gaur Municipality and the Office of the Rautahat Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the website of the Customs Department www.customs.gov.np and the website of this office https://gaur.customs.gov.np/ and the information provided in the link of this office. As per the rules, the bid form fee can be purchased from the Gaur Customs Office by paying the revenue head 14229 (Other Administrative Service Fee) to Prabhu Bank Limited, Gaur Branch, Code No. 305032001 (non-refundable). The deposit amount of 10% of the amount bid must be paid to Prabhu Bank Limited, Gaur Branch, Code No. 305032001 and Customs Fund Account No. The amount should be deposited in A-2.9-0960140367600011 and the second copy of the original bank voucher along with the bid form should be submitted. If other details are required, the matter can be understood from the branch of this office during office hours.
