Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH represented by GIZ Office Kathmandu invites electronic Bids from eligible and authorized manufacturers/distributors/suppliers for the supply, delivery and installation of the following server at Health Insurance Board (HIB), Babarmahal, Kathmandu.

Eligibility Criteria:

Company registered with Government of Nepal and having a PAN/VAT certificate.

Having tax clearance certificate of up to 2080/81 B.S.

Supply, delivery and service maintenance experience of 3 years in relevant Items.

Financial Turnover of NPR 20 million/annum for the last 3 years in electronic items.

A complete set of the tender document can be obtained free of charge upon submission of a formal application with a copy of firm/company registration certificate and VAT certificate in email, NP_Inquiry@giz.de from 1st July to 18th July 2025, between 9:00 - 17:00 hours.

The bid should be submitted via email with the subject "Tender No. 91188698, High End Server" to NP_Quotation@giz.de no later than 5:00 PM on 21st July 2025.
