Ghorahi Nagar Development Committee has published a 30-day notice for the sale of the plots of land as per the details in the Ambapur Land Integration Project of Ghorahi Sub-District Municipality Ward No. 18 under the Ghorahi Nagar Development Committee. Interested individuals, associations, and companies are invited to submit sealed bids to be received at the office of this committee on the terms and conditions as per the details.

1. The date for purchasing the bid form is from 2082.5.24 to 2082.6.23 during office hours by paying Rs. 3000-three thousand.

2. You will have to deposit 10% of the amount of the contract you have agreed to pay in account no. 02700100279834000001 and submit the voucher bid form along with a photocopy of your citizenship.

3. Bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on June 24, 2082 and will be opened at 1:00 PM on the same day.

4. Once the registered and opened bid form is approved by the board meeting of the Ghorahi Municipal Development Committee, it will be valid for 6 months and two monthly installments will have to be paid.

5. If the installment amount is not received on time, it will be as per the rules of the committee.
