4. Interested Bidder shall submit the electronics bids to the office of Ghyanglekh Rural Municipality, Sindhuli through

PPMO website on before 2082/06/19, 12:00 hours. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

5. The bid will be open in the presence of Bidders representative who choose to a tend.at 2082/06/19, 13:00 hours at the

office of Ghyanglekh Rural Municipality, Sindhuli.

6. Bid must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format as mentioned which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validty period of the bid. If bidder wishes to submit the cash security, the cash to be deposited in Deposit Account No.Ga-3(43325240600016) and submit receipt of deposit amount.

7. If the specified last date of bid document purchasing and submission/opening, fall on a Government holiday then the same time on the next day shall be considered for such events. However, the last date for bid submission and opening shall be the next working day after the last date of bid purchasing. In such case the validity of bid security shall be considered from already specified last date for bid submission.

8. All government rules and regulations shall be according to Procurement act of Nepal. The Rural Municipality office reserves the right to accept, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
