1. Construction entrepreneurs who have completed construction work worth at least Rs. 60 million (average of 3 years) in building construction, can contact this school and obtain a bid form by submitting a copy of the organization registration, business registration certificate (including renewal), PAN/CU tax registration certificate and tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/81. The bid form will have to be requested from the email mentioned below.

2. The duly filled bid form, duly signed and stamped by the concerned company on each page, may be sent to the school's email address within 15 days from the date of first publication of this notice by 5:00 PM on 2082/06/05. No action will be taken on bids received through any other means other than email.

3. If the last day for receipt and submission of bid forms falls on a public holiday, the bid form will be submitted and received on the next day.

4. If any additional information and notices related to the bid are required, such information and notices can also be obtained from this school.

5. The Procurement Committee of this school shall have the sole right to accept or reject the bid, in whole or in part, with or without assigning any reason, or to cancel the notice altogether.

6. No action will be taken against bids submitted without proper form, or if they are not received within the deadline. Such bids will be automatically considered as cancelled.

7. The terms and conditions mentioned in this notice shall be as per this notice and in case of other necessary matters, as per the provisions and procurement regulations of this organization 2080 and the prevailing laws of the Government of Nepal.
