The property (houses/land) owned by Global IME Bank as per the details will be sold in the same condition and quantity through confidential sealed bid. Therefore, the individuals and organizations interested in purchasing the property are hereby invited to submit the duly filled confidential sealed bid form to the Debt Recovery Department of this Bank, Naxal, Kathmandu or the branch office of the Bank during office hours within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with a bank voucher depositing at least 10 (ten) percent of the amount agreed upon, subject to the conditions mentioned in the bid form provided by this Bank. The bids received by this Bank will be opened on the date, time and place mentioned in the details. The interested purchasers/bidders or their authorized representatives are hereby informed to be present at the same place. If the specified day falls on a holiday, the bids will be opened on the next bank opening day at the same time and place. The bank reserves the right to accept/reject, cancel or negotiate the bids received without giving any reason. The bid form can be purchased from this bank by paying the prescribed fee.
