Invitation for Bids for Certification of ISO 27001:2022

Global IME Bank Limited solicits sealed tender bids from interested and eligible bidders for Certification of ISO 27001:2022.

a. Eligibility Criteria for the Bidders

The bidder must be a firm/company/organization registered under applicable Act in their respective country.

The firm/bidder should have completed at least one ISO 27001:2022 certifications for BFIs/Large organizations/PSP/PSO during the last 5 years from the due date of submission.

The firm/bidder should have at least 2 qualified staff having CISSP or CISM or CISA, or similar qualifications and at least 2 qualified staff having ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor certification with at least four years of experience and such should be on the permanent payroll of the organization.

b. A complete set of Bidding Documents can be purchased from Global IME Bank Limited, General Service Department, Kamaladi Kathmandu by eligible Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 3,000.00 [NPR Three Thousand Only] till 1 P.M. on 27th June, 2025. Cash should be deposited in Account No.: 003700524005 (Other Income-Misc.)

c. Sealed bids must be submitted to Global IME Bank Limited, General Service Department, Kamaladi Kathmandu by hand/courier on or before 05:00 P.M on 1st July, 2025. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted.

d. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 2nd July, 2025 at Global IME Bank Limited, Corporate office.

e. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a public holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

f. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Global IME Bank Limited, General Service Department, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

g. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications/bids wholly or partially without assigning any reason whatsoever.
