3. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following bank information t:

4. Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic bids through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the Goat Genetic Resource Center, Godawari-04 Budhitola, Kailali on or before 12:00 Noon on 2082/06/07 BS (23rd September, 2025). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

5. Bids shall open in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 pm on 2082/06/07 BS (23rd September, 2025) at the office of Goat Genetic Resource Center, Godawari-04 Budhitola, Kailali. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting mentioned above which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

6. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

7. Goat Genetic Resource Center, Godawari-04 Budhitola, Kailali reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.

8. In case of discrepancy or error in Tender notice, bid document and other document Goat Genetic Resource Center, Godawari-04 Budhitola Kailali reserves right to amend, correct at any time. Such amendment and correction shall be published in the national daily newspaper, notice board of the Goat Genetic Resource Center, Godawari-04 Budhitola, Kailali.
