As per the rates set out in Schedule 7 of the Finance Act, 2082 issued for the Bus Park area of Godavari Municipality Ward No. 03, Godavari Naudhara area, Godavari

This notice has been published as a contract arrangement is required to collect parking fees in the parking area of Kunda, Botanical Garden. Registered as per prevailing Nepal law

Interested and qualified construction professionals, contractors/firms who have obtained the certificate may purchase the bid form within the office hours on 2082/04/30 and accept the offer on the mentioned basis.

The sealed bid, stating the contract amount in figures and words in a clearly understandable manner, should be submitted to this office by yourself or through your representative by 12:00 PM on 05/01/2082.

The bid must be submitted electronically (E-Bidding: eGp system) on the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp/

Download the tender form and deposit the fee in the revenue bank account of this municipality mentioned in the details by 12:00 PM on 2082/05/01.

Bids can be submitted. Bids received for registration (including E-Bidding) will be opened at this office on 2082/05/01 at 1:00 PM. Bid Submission

If the last day or opening day falls on a public holiday, the work will be done on the next day when the office is open at the same time. The bid bond amount mentioned in the schedule must be submitted along with the bid.

Original voucher deposited in the deposit account of this office or Bid Security issued by a commercial bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank for submission of bids.

A copy of the original bid bond valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the last date of submission of bids must be enclosed. The amount deposited as security deposit may be paid in installments.
