1. The Godawari Municipality has allocated funds towards the cost of the Following project specified in table below and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.

2. The Godawari Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive, Bajrabarahi, Lalitpur invites electronic bids only for the Construction of the following project under National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature

with a value of at least Nrs. 75.13 Million as per section III of bidding document.

Construction Experience in Key Activities:

1. RCC work (M25 or above): 885.51 cum (Production rate per year)

2. Steel Reinforcement work 125.46 MT (Production rate per year)

3. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

4. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
