In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Operation Act 2074, the Internal Revenue Collection (Contract Arrangement) Procedure of Gokarneshwor Municipality, 2075 and the Financial Act of Gokarneshwor Municipality, 2082/83, this notice has been published to carry out the following revenue collection work through contracts. Interested firms that have completed the legal process within the specified deadline as of the date of publication of the notice will have to purchase the bid and submit the bid through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp/ within the following date and time. 2) Bidders interested in purchasing the bid should submit the Income Tax Registration Certificate, Form Renewal up to FY 2080/81, Tax Payment Certificate for FY 2080/081 and download it on or before 12:00 PM on 2082/07/02 and submit it through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The specified amount for bid fee (non-refundable) should be deposited in the Revenue Account No. 0210801146156199 of this office at the Agricultural Development Bank Jorpati Branch.

A copy of the same must be submitted.

3) The amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount as security shall be deposited in the security account No. 0210801146156083 of this office at the Agricultural Development Bank, Jorpati branch or a copy of the bid security issued by a 'A' class bank recognized by the Government of Nepal and valid for 120 days shall be submitted through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp/. local ne

4) The last date for submission of bids for the above mentioned income contract is 2082/07/02 at 12:00 hrs through online process and the received bids will be opened at this office at 1:00 hrs on the same day. The bids submitted at this office will be opened in the presence of the bidder or his representative. However, even if the bidder or his representative is not present at that time, it will be opened in the presence of the office representative.

5) Contract Period: The contract will come into effect from the date of signing the agreement and will remain in effect until mid-Ashar 2083.

6) The pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of this municipality on 2082/06/19 at 1:00 PM.

7) If the last day for purchasing and submitting the bid form falls on a public holiday, the bid will be purchased and submitted on the next day. Other terms and conditions and detailed information regarding the income bid will be as per the notice published on the office notice board and website.

8) This office reserves the right to accept or reject the bid in whole or in part without assigning any reason.
