for the Internal Revenue Service Contract for collection of tax from vehicles carrying sand and soil for the fiscal year 2082/83.

As per the provisions of Sub-section 2 (d) of Section 11 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 and the Financial Act of this Gokarneshwar Municipality, for the period from the date of the agreement of FY 2082/83 to mid-Ashar 2083, the following internal revenue contract arrangements for the collection of export fees and fees from vehicles carrying sand and soil in this Gokarneshwar Municipality area should be made. Therefore, firms/companies interested in taking the contract related to tax collection are invited to submit bids along with Value Added Tax Registration Certificate for the purpose, Firm Renewal, Tax Payment Certificate up to FY 2080/081, not less than the minimum number specified. This bid has been invited.

1) Bidders interested in purchasing the bids should submit their VAT registration certificate, firm renewal up to FY 2081/082, tax payment certificate for FY 2080/081 and submit their bids through the PPMO online portal www.ppmo.gov.np/egp by the 30th day from the date of publication of the notice and the bids will be opened at this office at 1:00 PM on the 31st day in the presence of the representative present. Even if the bidder or his representative is not present at the time of bid opening, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids.

2) The amount for the bid form is Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) and the amount of the security deposit of 5 (five) percent of the bid amount should be deposited in the account number 0210801146156199 of the Agricultural Development Bank Jorpati branch of this office and the original voucher or notice of deposit of the amount in the account number 0210801146156083 of the Agricultural Development Bank Jorpati branch of this office. The bank guarantee (wide bond) of a commercial bank of 'A' class recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank and valid for at least 120 days from the date of issue in the name of this office should be submitted online.

3) If the last day for purchasing and submitting the bid form falls on a holiday, the next day the office is open will be considered the last day.

4) The proposer himself will have to pay the income tax, value added tax and fees as per the prevailing laws of the Government of Nepal. The deposit will be refunded only after the entire amount due to the office, including the applicable taxes, has been paid.
