The contract duration shall be 1 Fiscal years (2082-83) upto 2083 Jestha.

1. Bidder must submit Company Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, TAX Clearance of Fiscal Year 2080/81, Letter of Bid and Other Documents as specified in Bidding Document.

2. Selection of Bidder shall be based on Highest Evaluated Substantially Responsive Bidder.

3. Bid security (5% of bidding amount) must be deposited in cash in following Account: (Global IME Bank, Account No.: 5504010000016, Dharauti Account) or BID security valid up to minimum 90 days from authorized bank.

4. Eligible Bidders may refer complete set of Bid Document for further information at PPMO'S website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and other information at golbazarmun.gov.np. Bidders shall have the option of submitting their bids electronically only.
