Invitation for sealed bids

 for reconstruction of individual housing

As Good Neighbor Nepal, Pokhara is going to provide construction materials for the reconstruction of individual housing of earthquake victims in Jajarkot, Nalgad Municipality, Bids are invited from firms, companies and organizations interested in carrying out the construction work in compliance with the conditions mentioned below.

1. Bid document can be obtained from the Administration Department of Good Neighbor Nepal in person or by a representative by paying Rs. 2,000 (two thousand only) (non-refundable) by 4 pm on Thursday, 8 Shravan 2082 (24th July 2025).

2. The bid form provided by the bidder must state the rate including VAT in figures and words. If the amount stated in figures and words differs, the amount stated in words will be accepted.

3. While submitting the bid, the bank voucher or bank guarantee letter of the equivalent amount deposited in the account of this office along with 2.5 percent of the bid amount (refundable) should be submitted in a sealed form to the bid office by 2 pm on Monday, 12th Shrawan 2082 (28th July 2025). No action will be taken on bids received after the deadline, with incomplete documents, and without information as per the bid form.

4. The bidding organization or company will be deemed to have submitted the bid after the scope review, and if the work is not completed at the approved rate by the completion date, the bid will be canceled.

6. The date and time of opening of the received bids will be informed to the firm or company submitting the bid. Bids may be opened in the presence or absence of the representative of the firm or company concerned. The firm or company whose bid is accepted must complete the agreement within the time specified by the organization. Otherwise, the bid deposit will be forfeited and the bid will be canceled.

7. All other rights, including the right to accept, reject or partially accept any bid
